Bob Kimmel
Bob Kimmel holds the operating senior leadership position of K2 Insurance Services since
its establishment in 2011. He has over 20 years of experience in the P&C Insurance industry.
Prior to forming K2, Bob was Executive Vice President of Guy Carpenter & Company’s
Program Manager Solutions Group Specialty. In this role, Bob was responsible for growing all
revenues associated with MGAs. In addition to MGAs, Bob maintains deep relationships with
management teams of numerous issuing companies interested in program business. He holds
a bachelor’s degree in finance from Arizona State University.

Jerome Breslin

Jerome Breslin is President & CEO of Clear Blue Insurance Group. He began his
insurance career as a regulatory compliance lawyer for Standard Insurance Co. in 1995.
Jerome progressed to executive compliance roles with MetLife and AIG, finally moving
to Bank of America in 2003. At Bank of America, Jerome was responsible for building
an international insurance business that totaled over $800M in premiums by the end
of 2008 and transacted business in eight countries. In July of 2009, Jerome moved his
business to AmTrust Financial Services, Inc. taking with him a team of professionals
and over $150M of specialty program business. Jerome’s background and experience
are varied ranging from insurance regulatory and legal positions to business development,
underwriting, and executive leadership and agency management roles. Jerome has
spent the bulk of his career building de-novo businesses in an executive leadership capacity.
Dan Case

Dan Case joined State National in 2019 and currently serves as Executive Vice President
of Program Business Development with 20+ years of extensive (re)insurance industry
experience and knowledge, including reinsurance brokerage and investment banking.
Prior to joining State National, Dan held senior positions at 1347 Property Insurance
Holdings, BMS Re, Advocate Reinsurance Partners, TigerRisk, HBK Capital Management,
Aon Benfield Securities, and Banc of America Securities.

Michael Jameson

Michael Jameson started his career with Willis Re in London in 2005 and has held various
senior positions across Willis Re, Guy Carpenter and Howden Tiger. Michael is currently
the President of Global Programs for SabRe which is Howden Tiger’s Program Platform,
specializing in MGA/MGU business and all components of capital light transactions.

David Paul
David Paul is a principal at ALIRT Insurance Research, a firm specializing in the analysis of
insurance company financial performance trends and member of the Insurance Networks
Alliance. ALIRT’s quarterly insight into the underlying financial strength of insurers
allows distributors and buyers of insurance products to anticipate financial stress and/
or rating downgrades of insurance partners before they occur. David was a founding
member of ALIRT Insurance Research (1999), building out the company’s domestic life,
property/casualty, and health insurance company analytical models/services as well as
ALIRT’s international models for Lloyd’s of London and Bermuda. David co-directs the
company’s research staff, manages internal IT initiatives and new product development,
and is active in the industry as an author and public speaker. David graduated with
a BA in classical studies from Washington University, St. Louis.
