                Various Braids

                (Sennits)

In this chapter you will decorate a picture frame and a
wooden box with braids, known as sennits in the world
of the sailor. Braids are everywhere—from ponytails on the

soccer field to gold and silver braids adorning uniforms in
the movie theater or the military. In this chapter you will
even make your own rope to use for the decorations.
