Nigel had a tremendous year with 19 GNBs (14 for himself and five which were referred to other AMs in the CBC). Many of the new deals emanate from his strong networking activities (existing client referrals, internal and external COI contacts). Despite COVID-19, he continued sourcing his own business at an amazing pace. Clients love working with Nigel and he has a regular schedule of contacting clients which led to a perfect LEI score for the year.
Devon Sandvold
Dealer Relationship Manager, TD Auto Finance | Kelowna, BC
Devon has the envious position of representing TDAF as a Dealer Relationship Manager in the best area of Canada: the Okanagan Valley in BC. With over five years experience in his role, he is extremely well-liked and respected by his automotive dealer clients and colleagues. Devon’s outstanding performance and skills go well above and beyond the numbers. As a testament to Devon’s strong dealer relationships, he grew his share by an amazing 46% to greatly overachieve his targets while the market contracted 27%.
Jennie Santaguida
Program Coordinator, Small Business Banking | Toronto, ON
Nothing is ever too big of a bother for Jennie. She is eternally cheerful and often understands what’s needed before anyone tells her. In addition to her extra efforts on SBB events and communications, Jennie assists
the Customer Employee Engagement Strategy team. Jennie has steadily taken on support mandates for more executives, notably with the new Small Business Banking VP, while maintaining support of all existing executives. Much of the great work Jennie does flies below the radar, but everyone sees and benefits from her great sense of humour.
Sathiya Saravanan Mohan
Solutions IT Designer, Technology Solutions | Toronto, ON
Sathiya consistently acted like an owner by leading design solutions for the Commercial Account Open application and the Business Compliance Account Review workflow which successfully launched nationally this year. Sathiya also played a key role in developing his team, ensuring they learned and contributed to key technical upgrades such as Angular 9 and the first Business Banking deployment of an application into Azure lower environments. Each phase of Azure deployment required triage and innovation with purpose to identify and implement solutions that removed deployment blockers for the API.
Aditi Sarkar
Technology Delivery Lead, Technology Solutions | Toronto, ON
Aditi stepped up and rose to FY20 challenges from day one. As a technology lead, she took over a set of
large and complex projects. Patiently, she influenced our partners toward realistic timelines, revalidated the
IT lead role, and built strong relationships with product owners, project managers, and her management team. She also provided estimates for three ATS’s, showed expertise in production support and SOW-resource coordination. In total she drove 29 deployments to production...equivalent to one deployment every 1.8 weeks.
Nathalie Savard
Jr. Credit Analyst, TD Auto Finance | Brossard, QC
Nathalie is a junior credit analyst driven to succeed. She rapidly progressed in her role and contributed to the success of the Non-Prime credit department. Nathalie has been one of the top three best junior Credit Analysts nationally this year, receiving two Quarterly Awards for her great performance and productivity. She is dedicated to her work and is a great asset for our team. Bravo Nathalie, nous sommes fiers de toi!
