Starting his career with TD only four years ago as an Associate and working his way up to an AM10, Felix is demonstrating the true meaning of owning your market and strongly connecting with our customers. Felix built his success through his ability to execute with speed, his creative way of structuring credit, his quality banking advice to his customers and by establishing solid relationship with clients. Managing his client’s expectations well, Felix not only performed well but was the contributor of many referrals.

Pablo’s contribution in 2020 was truly inspiring. He was responsible for the execution of several policy submissions to support the launch of COVID-19 related government programs in the Business Bank, while collaborating with colleagues across BBLPG and within the broader organization. Because of Pablo’s succinct, well-presented and thought-through arguments, the policies were approved swiftly, garnering great feedback along the way from partners across the Bank. Pablo embodies the Better Business Banker and consistently demonstrates TD’s shared commitments in his interactions with colleagues.

In 2020, Somea played a critical role in enabling AMSBs to work from home by quickly leveraging many of the capabilities that the SBB strategic initiatives team has been building over the past few years. Somea was able to expedite two critical strategic initiatives as a result of the changing landscape for the small business sales force due to the pandemic. These initiatives will set SBB up incredibly well in the future to more efficiently deliver better small business services and advice to our customers.

Tracy epitomizes every attribute of the Better Business Banker and delivers the TD Framework shared commitments. She put customers front and centre and always provides sound advice and solutions.
Her strong credit acumen made her a 5x ACE Award winner. Acting as the Markham District AT rep, she led various community events. She maintains strong partnerships with all stakeholders and has developed strong market presence in our community.

Lorilee is a highly regarded member of the Winnipeg CBC who displays Our Shared Commitments in everything she does. Her commitment to her clients is evident with the numerous emails received advising of their gratitude with the service she provides. She consistently brings a positive attitude to everything she is asked to do and has been instrumental in keeping the office running this year by going in twice a week. This year will mark Lorilee’s 40th anniversary with the Bank, which is quite an amazing accomplishment!
