Ellen managed significant growth in 2020 both in volumes and GNBs. Her consistent approach paid off as she was able to win deals that were shadow targets for two years, gaining their trust. Peter Smith
Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking | Calgary, AB
In 2020, Peter sourced and won several new upmarket and mid-market deals for his team in addition to being a leader in referring subsequently closed opportunities to other teams in our Unit and to our OneTD partners. Peter and his team have a strong rapport with our customers as demonstrated by the team’s 100% LEI score for the year. Peter’s dedication to market management and delivering for the customer and Bank position him well for his new role as the Upmarket RM in our Unit.
Nicole Spofford

Nicole leads a broad mandate that is often grey and undefined. She is able to adjust to the one-off projects that come up, and demonstrates personal accountability and ownership, managing independently with little involvement from management. She empowers her team to work through their own accountabilities and helps them through collaboration and coaching. 2020 posed special challenges with respect to COVID-19, but as our Operational Risk Business Lead, she coordinated and implemented many new initiatives and protocols to support CMG. Her time and efforts made the transitions seamless.
Pascale St-Amand

Pascale quickly turned around when the COVID-19 began, requesting additional system accesses to employees and organizing training sessions to assist other departments in need. But above that, Pascale provided her support to our employees who were personally affected by offering her presence, her support, and her listening, and by ensuring that the team was fine. She provided an excellent employee experience during this difficult time.

Laura Stanton
Senior Analyst, Agriculture Services | Stratford, ON
Laura had a strong year with ~$480MM authorized/$386MM drawn portfolio with many large relationships greater than $15MM. In addition, Laura had 26 GNB points during the year, totalling approximately $30MM in new loan volumes, and an 86% final LEI score for the year. Laura delivers the Bank while appropriately managing the Bank’s risk appetite. She is a pleasure to work with and is well-respected by peers.
