Jaclyn has consistently exceeded expectations and has won three out of the last four Annual Awards. Jaclyn has stepped up this year by taking Customer Service calls, processing deferrals for our customers and also worked income. She was also able to assist her dealers and maintain high market share for the year.
Shannon Stevenson

Shannon has demonstrated her expertise as a strong communicator, successfully leading high priority projects like the launch of the BDC and EDC Government Relief programs, Return to Office rollout and Credit Lens implementation. Shannon consistently goes above and beyond, always leading with integrity and working diligently to get communications out to our Bankers. Shannon has received numerous accolades from business partners, recognizing her keen eye for detail. Pam has been instrumental in the implementation and delivery of FATCA/CRS projects and recurring tasks. Pam did an excellent job from the outset of the project and excelled further in light of an unexpected absence of a key project resource. She stepped up to keep the project moving forward and facilitated numerous executive reviews and discussions encompassing BB’s plan to deliver multiple project components to bring BB/TD into compliance. Pam delivered other projects through COVID-related challenges and demonstrated leadership on the CDIC Phase 2 project.
