Sandra Tracy

Sandra had another exceptional year and once again went above and beyond. From a team perspective Sandra shared some innovative best practices for WFH with the broader team and took on more teams while a new CSO was being trained. She hosted a branch lunch & learn on best practices in account opening for the benefit of the team. Sandra also saved both TD and a very large not-for-profit client from a serious cheque fraud. Because of Sandra’s quick thinking and action the funds were saved and the client was thrilled.

Erica has been phenomenal since she joined TD in the beginning of 2020. She is a dedicated leader and a role model for her peers.
