During the pandemic Sandy took a leadership role, proactively connecting with her clients while taking care of their specific needs. Sandy provided direction to her Business Partners both internal and external alike, providing much needed information and support during these challenging times. Sandy leads by example, always staying positive and working towards the best solutions and always demonstrating the Better Business Banker attributes.
Tara Van Drimmelen

Tara consistently looks for opportunities to go above and beyond for her clients and team to create efficiencies and deliver the Bank. She made 126 proactive customer LEI calls this year, 24 referrals and looks for every opportunity (e.g. starting to draft loan agreements while credits are in their final stages or proactively engaging clients on CMS product offerings) to demonstrate the attributes of a Better Business Banker.

As a multiple-time Summit winner, Brian understands the importance of strong market management, CIO relationships and first in class LEI. 2020 didn’t disappoint. LEI at 83.90 was top in National Ag. Brian and his team continued to generate strong results in a challenging year with upmarket success and GNB volume of $78MM funded.

Braden exceeded his business goals and is making a significant contribution towards the Quest, adding 3 GNBs > $5MM in 2020 and clinching the AM Composite Award again. Braden’s farming background, combined with extensive industry contacts, has made him the go-to Ag banker in the community.
