John led his teams to a very strong year with 29 GNB (43 points), loan volume growth of $22MM
(8.5% YoY) and four GND. John shifted his teams’ market management to a virtual presence and was instrumental in continuing to build the Branch profile with COIs in the market. He found new ways to stay connected to clients, prospects and COIs, positioning his team well for new business opportunities. John is passionate about new business and his depth of credit experience positions TD well to win.

Oana is a respected leader and was a key contributor to the unit’s success in 2020. Bolstered by a hands-on approach to new business, her teams delivered exceptional results during the year while still maintaining a close eye on credit and portfolio risk. She is a strong coach and mentor to her team and is always very supportive of broader unit needs.
Shannon Urban

Shannon has been a key contributor to the Guelph team and the overall success of the CBC. Shannon’s commitment, positive attitude and collaborative approach has allowed her to build strong relationships
with clients, prospects and COIs. With disciplined market management, Shannon added several new large accounts which significantly grew the team’s loan portfolio. Shannon is also a strong mentor to Analysts and Account Managers and has been instrumental in assisting other teams with new business opportunities.

Trevor van Arragon

In this year of years, Trevor stepped up with both thought leadership on how to better support our Small Business customers and with solutioning and implementation excellence – in particular on the CEBA program. On CEBA, and in so many smaller ways, Trevor has been indispensable. With nearly $10B in CEBA loans safely and quickly out the door, it’s fair to say that Trevor’s leadership on delivering this liquidity has not only helped the Bank and our business customers, but the country.
