James Wilson

James leads one of the Diversified Industries teams within CNA – Central. James is a highly engaged and inclusive leader who consistently demonstrates TD’s Shared Commitments in his interactions with both customers and colleagues. During 2020, he successfully led his team in dealing with a number of challenging COVID-related credit situations, while at the same time continuing to develop new business.
Krystle Wiltshire
Executive Assistant, Divisional Office & Transformation | Toronto, ON
Krystle provides top-level support in a calm, efficient and professional fashion. Krystle looks for opportunities to make things better and help others. The shift to working from home and supporting executives was seamless for Krystle. She has stepped up and now provides support to four executives and has approached the broader scope with helpfulness and positivity.
Ann Wong
Account Manager, Commercial Banking | Vancouver, BC
Ann has hit her stride this year by achieving low expiries while underwriting several challenging increased business requests on her portfolio. Moreover, she has been able to consistently support writing annual reviews for other teams. Her year culminated in making a material referral to a RM team by understanding the needs of a client on her portfolio and bringing in the right team to pursue the industry, and seeing it to fruition. Her quality of underwriting is well-respected and she is deserving of her recent promotion to Analyst.
Gloria Wong

This first Summit win for Gloria couldn’t have gone to a more deserving Business Banker. Gloria made the move to the Inglewood branch in St. Albert, one of the biggest branches in our district, and immediately engaged with her retail colleagues and other partners, approaching all clients with a OneTD lens. Gloria also adapted a consistent, proactive outbound call strategy targeting her portfolio clients which resulted in strong SBB volume results and growth in her market. All of this was underpinned by strong LEI results.

In his role as Regional Lending Advisor, Wilson supports the Pacific CBCs with their upmarket deals. Dianne Wright

Dianne is a key contributor to the CBC’s success and consistently models TD’s Shared Commitments. In the past year, Dianne has helped all our teams assist our many customers as they navigate through the challenging year that 2020 had proven to be, all while keeping the focus on onboarding new customers and growing the CBC’s book. Dianne is well-known for her strong credit acumen, exceptional work ethic and her ability to employ a balanced approach to coach and develop her team.
