She helped new team members (both Relationship Manager & CSO) transition into the portfolio late into the year, and wore many hats for a period of time (i.e. balancing both RM & ACB responsibilities, but also CSO).

Michael’s credit acumen, teamwork, and strong work ethic helped him thrive alongside his RM on one of the fastest-growing portfolios in the Unit. Efficiency and effective communication allowed him to successfully balance risk and customer expectations, resulting in three ACE Awards and his first Summit win. Michael contributed to the success of other teams within the Unit by stepping up to write new deals and complex reviews for other teams whenever his help and expertise was needed.

Paul has closed the highest number of sales YTD and consistently exceeded his goal. His vast SBB banking knowledge and friendly nature contribute to strong sales conversations. Paul often assists during peak times and very quickly jumps in to help with onboarding activities or answering calls.
