Carolina was able to double the size of the Business Banking Specialist group by hiring a diverse team of individuals in record time (under one month) to service digitally initiated SBB appointments for originations. She also hired the team of managers to transition the BBS project from a test to a BAU function, now servicing 20% of simple originations. Carolina helped execute a training program and playbooks for new roles in record time as well, achieving a high first-time-right and customer LEI at 90+.

Arshiya Sehgal

Arshiya has been an integral part of our team as we transitioned into the WFH environment. She did a seamless transition, continuing to execute on closing deals within her pipeline, but also ensuring that the high customer satisfaction rate was maintained, the latter being demonstrated by her 100% LEI score and having the second highest number of responses within our CBC. She is a true team player who can always be relied upon to help other teams out, especially on more complex requests.
Kim Senftleben

2020 was another very good year for Kim. Kim’s portfolio consists of many high valued clients – some
of the largest private borrowers, along with several large REITs. Kim manages a portfolio of in excess of $1B. During the height of the pandemic, Kim wrote several large mortgage transactions for one of largest groups in BC along with a variety of deals for high-value Quebec-based clients. In addition, Kim managed her expiries very well.
