to jog or hiking

one round around the dam is about 2.8 km, the
road goes up and down, perfect place to build up

some stamina

The fresh air during the morning is really good

for refreshing your mind from busy work , hectic
life or problem that you have. You can also cycle

with your family or friends along trails .

Located not far from Ke Lok Si Temple, You also see nature views along the road but

Air Itam Dam is the oldest dam in beware of monkeys !
Penang , completed 1914, and very

small. But the scenery very beautiful
