PROGRAMING/ GRANTEE RELATIONSHIPS
1. Complete current grantee first time visit as CEO by December 2024
2. Facilitate a Grant Application for GPC consideration, centered on the PACKS model.
FAU plans to have their application for the December 2023 GPC meeting
3. Bring two Grant Applications for GPC consideration derived from the Discovery Project

6. Implement our Endowment Oversight Policy to include all JSF endowments (Not just Indigenous)

1. Install a VPN network for increased security
2. Critical review/ analysis of all JSF administrative platforms

4. Meet with Dick, Buzz and Templeton to provide tutorial for JSF tax exposure, reimbursement policies, and compliance and exposure issues.
