13. Approval for distribution adjustments as needed
Bobby reminded the Committee of Tommy’s earlier comments that the distribution amounts will be finalized before the end of the year. No major surprises are expected.
The Committee authorized the CEO to manage year end funding of approved grants to meet the 2023 grant distribution requirement.
14. Upcoming Meetings
Spring 2024 – Sunday, March 17th – Gainesville, Florida
Fall 2024 – Sunday, September 8th – Spokane, Washington Winter 2024 – Saturday, December 7th – Palm Beach, Florida
