MERCHANDISING & DISPLAY PRINCIPLES
Secure optimal placement in each store, in the baby carrier department:
• On MyCarrier Free Standing Display or Gondola
• End cap of retailer’s gondola (towards traffic zones, with high visibility)
• Within the baby carrier wall section/ gondola (as close up to competitors as possible)
✓ (Minimum) Two torsos should be used to present MyCarrier in black and 2 textile versions (Mesh and Cotton) either on permanent
shelf, freestanding on the floor, or on Stokke display. Display colour should be based on market relevance (e.g. Best selling colour in the
market).
• If 2 torsos only, the product on the first torso should be presented in front carrying, parent-facing position.
• The product on the second torso should be in back carrying position. Make sure to have the torso facing the customer, so that the
customer immediately see that it is a back carrying option. Ensure to also turn the insert unit around so it is forward facing with
the ‘bum’ is in the right position ( the side with the seam is the front of the ’baby’)
✓ The insert has to be used when exposing MyCarrier on a torso. Do not use teddy bears or dolls to stuff the carriers, as this will take focus
away from the product.

• If 3 torsos are displayed, then also present front carrying forward facing with Bib. Front carrying to be displayed in cotton and back in
mesh.
• Add Try-Me Box with MyCarrier marked up as ‘Demo Sample’. The colour on the sample should be different than display product colour.
• Product version and color on display should be chosen based on market relevance.
