The time in the 0-zone is called Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), UTC time or Zulu
time.
In aviation, all times are given in UTC times. Everywhere in the world the time is
the same.
The difference between UTC and LMT (Local Mean Time) is shown in the picture
above
Denmark is located in the zone immediately east of the 0-zone, and here it is
kept 1 hour more than UTC time, but 2 hours in summertime.
If we want to convert from Danish time to UTC time, we subtract 1 hour from
Danish time, in summertime 2 hours.

9.3.4 Time when VFR flight is permitted
VFR day flights can be carried out within the time period when we have direct
radiation from the sun. We have this between sunrise and sunset.
In addition, in the period before sunrise and after sunset, when it is still light
enough, VFR day flight is permitted.
