      ŸRegular morning exercise which includes Cardio exs,stretching exercises, and

       strengthening exercises  for doctors.(at least an hour)
      ŸProper warm up movements for surgeons before surgery e.ghand ,shoulder and
       upper back stretching and mobility exercises.
      ŸProper ergonomic chairs with proper table height with proper and relaxing work

       environments.
      ŸEye contact with patients and to the table should be proper. The table height should
       be at your xiphisternum and screen should be at eye level, for writing always use

       slanting writing board.
      ŸTake short interval after 2,3 patients and do the stretching the arms and legs.
      ŸTake a brisk walk for some steps inside the cabin and walk around with regular
       interval.
      ŸProper cooling blowers shouldnot come directly on the head, ears or eyes.
      ŸSwitch on light music to reduce the stress during work.

      ŸStretch your arms, Neck, Rotate your shoulders clockwise and anticlockwise, move
       the knees as well as stretch your lower back to avoid stiffness in the lower back.
      ŸDo the proper exercises as per the advice of related doctors for the particular

       problems. When you have any mechanical or stiffness related pain take the proper
       mobilisation from a proper physical therapist or manual therapist as soon as
       possible.
