We are starting a new FSBO program at Port City Realty. As always, we would love to list your property on the MLS and help you find a buyer. However, we understand in this present economy many people feel they cannot afford a Realtor or they do not have enough equity in their homes to pay a full Realtor commission or they simply do not want to pay a Realtor 6% of the sales price of their home.
We would like for you to know that we are here for you, to help as much or as little as you need us to. I am enclosing a brochure that explains some of your options. If you would like for us to list your property on the MLS and do full marketing we would love to. If you would like for us to help you get your house marketed on the MLS and Internet for less, we can do that too. If you just need help once you find a buyer we are here for you. Even if you just have a question, please feel free to call or email us any time.

LONG:
If you would like more exposure for your home I will list your house on the Mobile MLS for a fee of $550.
If someone at Port City Realty or any other real estate company sells your house you will pay Port City Realty a 3% commission at closing.
If you provide the buyer, I will write the contract and you will pay Port City Realty only 1% at closing.
I have noticed that sometimes owners do a better job on their pictures and brochures than some Realtors do. I do a good job, sometimes I even hire a professional real estate photographer. However, to save you money, I can use your pictures. I can create and print brochures for you, or you can print the brochures. I have a menu of marketing services I offer. I will provide only the services you choose, saving you money.
