Create three different postcards for your farm area. Send postcards to 1. owner occupants, 2. absentee or investor owners 3. farm area tenants.**
You can use a site like VistaPrint.com or MyNeighborhoodAgent.com
Search using the tax portion of the MLS.
Owner Occupants – their mailing address is the same as the property Absentee or investor owners – their mailing address is different from the property
Tenants – The are the Occupants of the Absentee or investor owner
Some suggested wording:
We are presently experiencing the best “Seller’s Market” for real estate in years. I am working with several qualified buyers in different price ranges in need of homes. If you have any desire to sell your property would you please contact me?
