 7 Ways to Overcome Real Estate Objections as a NEW AGENT
1. You have a Huge Upper Hand over Experienced Agents – You have more TIME on your hands.
a. You have Time to give that extra special time and attention to each consumer.
b. You have Time to research the market every day – be the first to the public with recent market activity – when talking to people in person & on social media
2. You have the exact same Resources as experienced agents
3. Believe – in yourself, believe that you are there to help people, believe that
you are the hardest working agent in your market, believe that you are dependable, believe that you are going to do everything you can to help the person you are working with regardless of whether they do a deal or not.
4. Understand you are not going to get every prospect. Even experienced agents do not get every prospect. Different personalities click with different agents. Use your unique personality as your strength. Find the people you connect with and don’t worry about the people you do not connect with.
5. Be Confident – When you are communicating through your words and body language, let them know you know you can do it.
6. Be Honest – Always be honest. When they ask you, be honest that you are brand new. Be honest about it.
7. Focus on the People not the Deals. It’s about relationships, not deals.
