Obviously, no two sellers are alike, but the commission structure hasn’t changed in years. Traditionally, you can find a real estate agent who will charge a fixed commission to market and sell your home, based on the value of your home.

Unfortunately, they don't tell you what they CANNOT provide. Online sites are great for gathering information but they cannot consult, counsel, advise, have knowledge of local laws and market conditions, make judgments, "own" the result, or most importantly, they don’t understand your individual goals and needs and care about you as a lifelong Customer.
The Bottom Line: We acknowledge some consumers are willing and more than capable to perform various parts the transaction on their own. Additionally, we recognize that some consumers naturally want to exercise more control over what transpires and desire a tailored, needs based approach while working in partnership with a Brokerage Company or agent.
