OPTION 1:
• We provide a comparative market analysis
• We assist you in determining a fair price for your house
• We assess and make recommendations as needed to better stage or show your house
• We take professional photographs
• We write the marketing notice
• We list your property on MLS and push through all other normal channels, large and small
• We set up appointments and handle logistics of showings
• We assist with offer negotiations
• We take care of all the inspection and closing details
• We essentially are with you every step of the way
Commission: Upon a successful closing, you pay us a $6,000 listing commission plus the buyer’s real estate agent’s commission (generally 2.2 – 3.0% of the final price)

• We are still with you every step of the way
