65.Prepare a market analysis on 5 of the houses you have previewed. 66.Practice filling out a listing agreement on two of the properties you have
previewed and role play listing the properties.
67.Check your Hotsheet at least once everyday. More is better.
68.Hold an open house. If you don’t have a listing, pick another house listed
with Port City Realty, get permission from the listing agent to hold it open
and pick carefully. Treat the open house as if it’s your listing even if it isn’t. Focus on the three goals of holding an open house:
a. tosellthehome
b. tofindbuyers
c. to find people who are sellers
69.Go to a closing
70.Observe the closing process - Make sure to understand the part the agent
plays
Remember, at least 5 days a week you MUST do at least one: List a property
