Leader of the Yummy Group Company
Stavropol
I am sure that the companies that are really strong operate
not only for the sake of their own profit and improvement of the
economic situation in the country but also take on the social re-
sponsibility. Of course, we, the Yummy Group employees, try to
provide aid doing something good. Whenever possible, we help
those who have found themselves in a difficult situation, those
who are seriously ill or are just in need. We have been doing a lot.
But as my father says, “Help in silence”, that is why I do not like
to speak on this topic without a special need. At the same time,
I am glad when good ideas get distributed and I am proud that
my team is comprised of my followers, people with big hearts
who are always ready to give a helping hand.
In every region where we have our restaurants, there are the
leaders of volunteering, the employees who have been success-
fully implementing the projects for the kids from orphanages, ar-
ranging free lunches for the families with low income, helping
single veterans and animal shelters, holding many more other
activities.
At the moment we have been implementing the charity pro-
gram “Generation Choice” together with the KFC Corporate
Charity Fund “Opening Horizons” in the majority of the cities
where our company is presented. And our guys visit the orphan-
ages twice a month and help the kids to adapt and prepare for
the adult life.
For me it has a great value, and I have been always support-
ing my team in that area. And in order to support the employees’
engagement we have introduced an internal contest for the title
of The Best Company Volunteer, whom we praise every year at
the conference in front of all company leaders.
