Editor’s Note: Confused dot Com… an Editor’s Tale

What do I tell you this month? Something you don’t know… some-
thing you are not living through or also experiencing? No… I’m really
not going to tell you about the loss of personal freedom and the effects
it can have on mental health. No, I’m not going to tell you about a new
conspiracy theory about the origins of this beer-bug or for that matter,
what the powers-that-be in each country are planning for their individ-
ual populations. No… all I will say about the whole sorry mess is that
the onslaught on freedom seems to be having effects we would never
have anticipated at the turn of this new year.

Population control and or the control of the population? Who knows?
Mind you, by the time you read this, the miracle cure could be
spreading around the world faster than what the bug spread. Mind
you (again) there could well be a cure – the one that the fellow who
wears red ties suggests – but it seems those who hate him will trash the
idea… just for the sake of trashing the idea.
Here, we are adults… we look at life’s questions from all sides. Some of
us even look at real statistics and not hyped supposition. I would love
to think the readers who enjoy the content of this magazine won’t shout honour to have your photos published on this site – a privilege many
abuse at the editor for writing this piece but rather, will ask questions of professional photographers are proud to display in their bio’s. No, I’m
