Faculty Art Show 2018

An annual exhibition featuring work by the Nazareth College Art Department faculty in a variety of styles and media—including ceramics, illustration, jewelry, metalworking, printmaking, painting, photography, sculpture, and more.
Andy Needle: Geological Paintings
Friday, August 24–Friday, October 19 | Colacino Gallery Opening Reception: Friday, September 14 | 5 p.m.–7 p.m.
Artist Andy Needle’s paintings depict rock formations and the subtlety of the forms, textures, and color in these surfaces.
Art & Social Justice Class Show
Wednesday, November 28–Wednesday, December 5 | Colacino Gallery
This week-long exhibition will feature the work of students taking Art & Social Justice and will include a range of course projects such as bookmarks, zines, and tunnel books.
Architectural Vessel
Friday, October 12–Sunday, December 2 | Arts Center Gallery Opening Reception: Saturday, October 13 | 5 p.m.–7p.m.
An exhibition that explores the vessel as a sculptural and innovative form. Featuring work that challenges scale, proportion, medium, and the preconceived notion of how a vessel functions, while at the same time reinventing tradition and functionality. Participating Artists: Bryan Hopkins, Richard Hirsch, Peter Beasecker.

Tuesday–Thursday, 12–5 p.m. Friday–Saturday, 12–8 p.m. Sunday, 12–5 p.m.
Colacino Gallery Hours
Wednesday–Sunday, 12–5 p.m.
In addition, the galleries are open one hour prior to most performances through intermission. The galleries will be closed November 21–25.
