6-Year-Old Entrepreneur Leads “I just want to help those who don’t have the things
others may have,” said the avid superhero fan.
Community Food Drive “Batman helps those and he’s really cool. I think we
all can help out in some kind of way. We can all help
somebody,” said Thornton. He also is the founder
and President of T&N Bow Ties and Apparel which is
an online clothing bou que specializing in neckwear
for boys and men.
“I know kids like toys so I thought we could add toys
to the food drive this year,” Thornton says in a voice

full of excitement. The 2 Annual Food & Toy Drive
did include toys, unlike the inaugural year. The food
and toy drive will con nue to expand with each
year. The young scholar recruited the efforts of his
local school, which contributed hundreds of items.
“I can’t wait un l next year where we can help even
more people in the world.” Treandos Thornton
plans to be a heart doctor in the future and a visual

kid-friendly snacks and he has a budding interest in

his community. He led the 2 Annual Food & Toy
Drive which collected over 700 canned goods for
those in need throughout the state of Georgia. The
young student partnered with the United Food
Force, Inc. for the annual ini a ve. The non-profit
hunger relief organiza on provides aid to under-
privileged families throughout the Southeastern
region of the United States through various re-
sources and network partnerships.
