Ingredients :

• For Decoration Slice of lime one Ingredients:
(for one medium size wine glass) 1

• Rooh af Jaah : 3 tbsp
Piyali Roy
• Pineapple syrup : 2 tbsp Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India
• Lemon juice 2 tbsp

• Ice cubes : 3
• Water : ½ cup

Method of
preparation :

Take a medium sized
wine glass.
Pour Pineapple syrup,
add lemon juice, ice
cubes, rooh af jaah
then add water. Stir it.
Garnish it with lemon
slice.
