some unique and awesome recipes with all of you.
Jasha Maroo
Ingredients
1. Chicken 500 grms (boneless or with bone cut into small pieces)
2. 2 tbsp oil
3. 3 cloves garlic
4. 1 tbsp ginger paste
5. 1 large onion chopped
6. 2 Tomatoes Chopped
7. 1 tbsp turmeric
8. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
9. 2 Green chilli de-seeded and chopped.
10. Chopped cilantro for garnish.
Method :
In a wok heat oil and gradually add chopped garlic, ginger and onion cook for 2 mins
then add chopped tomatoes, add chicken and cook for 5to 7mins with a lid in a
medium flame. Now add hot water (2cups approx.) salt to taste, turmeric and chilli
powder and cook until chicken is fully cooked. Garnish with chopped green chillies
and cilantro. Enjoy with red rice or normal steamed rice.
Ema Datshi
Ingredients
1. Boneless chicken breast cut in to small pieces. (500grms)
2. Onion 1 sliced
3. Capsicum or bellpeper sliced 1big
4. Garlic chopped 3 cloves
5. Cheese qubes (processed cheese cubes 5 pc)
6. Salt n black pepper to taste
7. Vegetable oil 1tbsp and butter 1tbsp
