one billboard at the front of the café has claimed that the Coffee Lounge remains open
24x7 but, it’s better to cross check the same with the manager well in advance if you
have a plan to visit the place late night or during the early hours.
Le Café- a place which got mentioned in many websites, food-magazines and
newspapers like trip-advisor, lonely planet, team-bhp, Times of India is gradually losing
its charm due to the negligence in maintenance but when you visit Pondy (yes this is
what locals love to call Puducherry as), Le Café should be in every food lover’s planner
as many describe this place as “The Bridge between the Past and the Present” which
has its own stories to tell.
