Stuffed ladies finger (Bhindi)



                               Ingredients :

                               • Ladies fmger (Bhindi) : 300 gm
                               • Onion . 1 big size
                               (make medium pcs)           For spices
                               • Tomato : 1 medium size    • Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
                               ( make small pcs)           • Coriander powder: 1 tsp
                                                           • Cumin powder: 1 tsp
                               For stuffing                • Chili powder: 1 tsp
           Soma Paul           • Turmeric powder : 1 tsp   • Garam masala powder: 1tsp
      Kolkata, West Bengal, India  • Coriander powder: 1 tsp  • Salt : to taste
                               • Cumin powder: 1 tsp
                               • Chat masala : 1 tsp
                               • Chili powder: 1/2 tsp
                               • Salt  : to taste

     Method of preparation :

     Mix all ingredient for spices in a small bowl. Don't mix with water. lthas to remain like
     a powder. Cut both side of ladies finger then with a very thin small knife. Do stuffing
     of Lady-fingers with spices using the knife.Pour some oil in a pan, heat and fry lady
     fingers. Fry few at a time and keep aside. Now for spices add some more oil in the
     same pan. Fry  onion till translucent, add tomato, all spices. Cook till the tomato
     becomes soft, addfried ladiy fingers. Stir, add little water .till it is well cooked. Stiffed
     lady finger masala is ready.
