The Green Paneer



                                         Ingredients :


                                         • Paneer / cottage cheese:  200 gm
                                         • Capsicum : 2
                                         •Chilli: 2
                                         • Curd : 1 tbsp
                                         • Cashew nuts : 8
                                         •Raisins :  8
                                         • White oil : 1 tbsp
                                         • Salt &sugar :  to taste
           TANUJA ACHARYA                • Butter  : optional

        Method of preparation :
        This recipe is healthier and tastier in the
        sense  that  it  can  be  prepared  with  a
        teaspoon of oil only so
        1. Blend  the  capsicum,  Cashew  nut,
        raisin ,and curd into a fine paste without
        any lump on it.
        2. Cut  the  paneer  (cottage  cheese)  in
        cubes of equal size  and keep it aside.
        3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the
        paneer (cottage cheese) cubes. Use the
        remaining  oil  to  the  prepare  the dish  .
        This preparation needs only 1 teaspoons
        of oil  as  I  mentioned  before  .As  oil  is
        already  heated,  addgreen  paste  and
        slowly  cook  for  2  mins.  Add  salt  and
        sugar as per your taste. At last add the
        fried paneer (cottage cheese) cubes and
        slowly  cook  for  1  min.  Your  yummy,
        healthy paneer is ready to be served with
        paranthas.
        Tips:

        You can add butter as an option for better
           e and flavour.
