Garbanzo lean, Salad



          Ingredients

          • Garbanzo beans 2 cup boil .
          • Tomato 2 chopped .

          • Onion small 2 chopped.
          • Cilantro 1/2 bunch chopped.
          • Lemon juice 1 tbsp.
          • Puff Rice 1 tbsp
          • Sev 1 tbsp

          • Tamarind sauce (sweet n sour) 1 teaspoon

        METHOD DE PREPARATION


        Soak garbanzo beans in water  and leave it overnight  or for 6-8 hours. Then boil
        it with sufficient water and little salt. After that drain water. Now take a serving
        bowl ,mix the all ingredients together and serve immediately .

        TIPS

        I used my home made Tamarind sauce but you can use store-bought sauce.
