Method :
              In a pan heat vegetable oil and butter, then gradually add sliced onions, capsicum,
              garlic and saute for some time then add chicken boneless pieces and cook till pinkish

              in color then add cheese qubes and , some water , add salt and pepper and cooked
              till the pieces becomes tender The texture of the sauce will be creamy .Enjoy this

              Bhutanese delicacy with red rice.


              Red rice

              Ingredients:
                1. Bhutanese red rice 1cup
                2. Butter 2 tbsp
                3. Dry herbs 1 teaspoon

                4. Salt and pepper according to taste.




















            Method:
              Boil rice and keep aside (you can use vegetable stock or beet root stock in boiling

              water for extra redness). Now in a pan add butter now add boiled red rice, add dry
              herbs and salt peppers, give a nice toss and garnish with lemon zest and serve with

              blanched spinach.
