This includes our new induction programme and our recently launched Strategic Leaders Programme. SHS Induction Process In January we successfully launched the SHS Induction Process to ensure new colleagues are welcomed and that they receive an insight into our business. The process has a series of interactive sessions which focus on; our Company history, divisions, brands, vision, values and ways of working. The SHS Induction Process has been now been delivered across the Group and has received positive feedback with participants eager to learn about our diverse business and keen to meet their colleagues. Sessions are delivered on a quarterly basis for all new employees. Ten modules later, we are delighted to announce everyone has successfully completed the 16 month programme and presented their Business Improvement Projects to the Senior Teams. Congratulations to all our learners who worked tirelessly throughout the programme.
