Gazelle Update To assist with the process, the team reviewed the language associated with the Gazelle programme - referencing our new systems, planning tools and ways of working. These words are captured in the word cloud and summarise the thoughts of our key partners and participants, all of whom have been the driving force behind the process. From the information collated one acronym stood out – BERT. An owl has been used to visually represent Bert, - symbolising wisdom it is a fitting representation. The new systems will provide you with greater information, assist with accountability and enable innovation. When the systems ‘Go Live’ Bert will appear on the Larder - your gateway to the new solutions. Gazelle Portal Earlier this year the Group invested in a new Group wide Larder to ensure all Divisions and Group companies could access Group wide information, policies and systems. It is therefore no surprise that we are using the Larder to communicate updates relating to Gazelle.
