Must be 25 years old.
Must have a valid government issued photo ID.
Must have a valid major credit card.
Must have household income prior to taxes of at least $50,000.
Exchangers (that own the exchanged interval) staying on property are
exempt from this income qualification.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/ significant other/ life partner if married/
engaged/ co-habitating.
Children 6 years and under must stay in attended children's room
during group portion of the presentation.
Must not have filed for bankruptcy in the 3 previous years and must be
currently released from any bankruptcy proceedings.
Must not have toured this Festiva site or any other Festiva site in the
previous 13 months.
May not have toured more than twice the same sales site, or more than
three times company wide.
All guests / participants must speak and understand English.
Must not be a current Festiva owner/member.
Required tour time is 90-120 minutes.
$75 processing fee at time of booking.
