THIS SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, HOW IS NOT A SCAM?
Instead of spending millions of advertising dollars on television commercials, magazine &
radio ads that will never be seen by their target audience, our partner resorts like
SANDOS, VILLA DEL PALMAR, KRYSTAL, all have opted for direct advertising
experience. The resorts agree to pay 60-70% of the cost of your stay in exchange for 90
minutes of your time previewing the resorts on one of your mornings.
HOW DID I GET VACATION CREDITS?
There are several ways that you could have received credits. Most customers receive the
credit from unused vacation package purchased in the past, or due to a hotel or resort
check-in.
DO YOU OFFER ANY OTHER DESTINATIONS NOT LISTED?
We have several packages and destinations that you may be eligible for. If you would like
to upgrade your package, ask about other destinations, or trade out your vacation package
to one of our premium packages, simply call us at 1-888-796-2477
WHY DO I NEED TO TAKE A TOUR / PRESENTATION?
Your attendance of the tour presentation is what enables you to receive the highly
discounted promotional rate that you paid. If you would rather pay the retail rate and
avoid taking the tour, just ask one of our customer service agents for the current rack
rates.
CAN I CANCEL MY VACATION AND GET A REFUND ?
Like airline tickets, these vacation packages are non-refundable. Unlike the airlines
however, the vacation packages are FULLY transferable at no charge.
