do believe every woman should take Gra-
ppling for a bit, even men, after all, all
fights end up on the ground. The beautiful
thing about Martial Arts, is that you do not
need to focus on your gender, it is more
than that and women and men will find con-
fidence, discipline, camaraderie and a lot
about themselves as human beings.
