                                                                I believe that now that is just beginning of the
                                                                year is the ideal moment  to guide our lives for
                                                                the right path and purify our hearts , and that’s
                                                                why I’d like to show you a simple technique to
                                                                help us become better people.

                                                                Evening review exercise is simple. It is done
                                                                before bed, we took a comfortable position,
                                                                which may be the lotus position or one of its
                                                                variants, also the exercise can be done sitting
                                                                in a common chair. Once adopted the position
                                                                we will relax the whole body, paying attention
                                                                to the shoulders (which are not raised), back
                                                                (should be straight), the eyebrows (should not
                                                                be  wrinkled) chin  slightly tilted down.  After
                                                                reaching a good relaxation we begin to display
                                                                all the actions we have done during the day,
                                                                starting from the moment we sat down to do
                                                                the exercise back until we got up in the mor-
                                                                ning. It’s like rewinding a videotape from the
                                                                credits until the beginning of the film.

                                                                Most important thing is try to go chaining ac-
                                                                tion with another, and as a fundamental task is
                                                                find what time of day we did not act in the right
                                                                way, without falling into remorse or self-puni-
                                                                shment, exercise is intended that the next day
                                                                we fix the error caused the previous day.

                                                                For example:

                                                                she had asked me to help her, but since I was in
                                                                a hurry to go to work I pretended that I had not
                                                                heard and went by without helping her . What
