is Kokoro (heart). They have hearts to embrace the martial arts in a way rarely seen in
modern times. Each student gives the maximum in each training despite the difficulties
of a poor country and where the economic conditions are not the best, the effort of every
Cuban martial artist knows no limits and they always seek to perfect themselves in every
aspect of Budo.

That’s why I share this Japanese phrase, which covers the whole concept.
