In the “Iji Ai” (Harmony) is where the
student studies an ordered series of
strikes, kicks, and blocks. The practice
of Iji Ai No Tsuki, Iji Ai No Uke, Iji Ai
No Geri, and Iji Ai No Empi, help the
training of postures, positions, dis-
placements and, as is logical, the learn-
ing of Karate techniques strengthening
the physical body and mentally. The
Iji Ai are learned in white belt and are
perfected to the Blue belt, giving way to
the upper Iji Ai Nidan to be performed
from the Blue belt to the black belt 5th
Dan.
