About his training sessions, I can tell you,
that he starts by the basic Muay Thai, its
combat posture, the one-two of straight
punches and some simple knee techniques,
elbows, in shadows, etc.
In the beginning it is difficult to get adapt-
ed to hand’s guard and one tends to shrink
a little. Then, the punching techniques with
the sacks, this work is hard; the instruc-
tors always demand to punch powerfully;
about 50 circular kicks to the stomach and
50 knee punches on each side must be per-
formed and one might finish with 3 minute
fist punches to the sack. Immediately, the
stick training session with master Monlit
begins, each attack lasts 3 minute, but it is
so hard that it seems to last 30 minute in a
battlefield. Once I thought that Muay Thai
was a hard art, but at present I believe it is
very hard, and its training technique does
