I must admit that I was totally unaware of a fellow named Arthur Radebaugh, until Jim Secreto mentioned that he had something that I might
be interested in. Jim has been a friend for years and has a keen knowledge of all things automobile, and especially automobile advertising and advertising photography. Jim was extremely helpful in putting
together the first book that I did and was always there when I had questions or inquiries. When he told me that he had something interesting for me, I was intrigued. He told me that he had a small advertising billboard with a unique feature. I’ve never owned a billboard before, and was frankly frightened of the prospect of bringing something like this home,
