In an era when new vehicles competed at concours d’elegance, Nash-Healeys took honors at the prestigious Italian International and Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance, validating the decision to adopt Pinin Farina coachwork.
(RIGHT) Current models dominated at the first several editions of the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance with an Edwards R-26 Special Sports Roadster winning the inaugural crown in 1950 and a Jaguar Mark VII taking home top honors in 1951. The following year, an XK120 Fixed Head Coupe was recognized as Best in Show, but a Nash-Healey won its class and took home the special ‘Reserve’ award. (Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance)
