Description Properties
GROUT 105 is a dry pre-blended • Excellent adhesion
grout that is resistant to chloride • Low shrinkage
penetration consisting of a blend of • Excellent resistance to pure water
natural cement based binder, specially & sulphated water
selected dried graded aggregates • Excellent resistance to aggressive
all passing a 3500 micron sieve and chemicals
retarders. • Very good cohesion & mixing

Uses • No curing membrane necessary
• Rod anchorage grout • Can be used in wet conditions
• Grouting under base plates • Can be used under water
• Setting holding down bolts • Controlled setting
• Injection grout for waterproofing • Fine particle size for greater
• Ground stabilisation penetration
• Void filling • Set down to zero.
• Grouting to sewers
• Self levelling screed
• Resistance to sea water where the
resistance to chemicals and sea
