I have specified NATCEM 35 on a wide variety of jobs. One in particular springs
to mind. Preservation Treatments specified the use of NATCEM 35 as a floor
screed to a particularly damp basement in SW3, London. It was of paramount im-
portance to the client to apply a thin waterproof screed due to the low ceiling
heights, without compromising the strength of the screed. The use of NATCEM 35
allowed the client to complete the basement refurbishment without having to ex-
cavate any deeper. NATCEM 35 was the perfect product for the client and the
main contractor was delighted with the re-entry time.

We have been regular users of NATCEM 35 since 2004. The fast setting and water-
proof properties make Natcem an invaluable part of many of our specifications. Nat-
cem is particularly useful in maximising productivity and reducing waiting times
which enable us to complete some smaller jobs within a day, which might otherwise
take two to do and in providing a general purpose repair, filler and screed repair
mortar. All of our technicians carry at least one bag on their vans at all times and a
stock is held in our store.
