We have used NATCEM 35 and NATCEM AC on a wide variety of projects from schools
and commercial properties to domestic dwellings. It has generally been used for con-
crete repairs to columns, beams and other concrete elements. Its main advantage over
other proprietary concrete repair products is its use where temporary formwork is be-
ing used. The rapid setting properties of NATCEM allows formwork to be stripped the
same day instead of having to return to site again the next day.

The material has been used for small concrete repairs, external plastering and point-
ing work around MacDuff, Banff, Portsoy and Rosehearty harbours. The material is
very easy for site staff to prepare as there are no additives or mixing requirements.
The waterproofing nature of the material is also attractive to use around the harbour.
From our, albeit limited use of the material I would have no hesitation in recommend-
ing it for use as a concrete repair product in the marine environment.
