Executive Summary
  PEG recognizes the need to partner with strong offtakers to ensure the bankability, successful development and implementation of the project. PEG is currently negotiating offtake agreements with international users and traders of green ammonia for potential long-term, fixed price offtake of the plant output
 Offtake of Green Ammonia
 PEG commits to ensuring that the plant gets the requisite green certificates to recognize the ammonia produced by the plant as “green”. PEG is studying the certification guidelines being developed by the relevant green hydrogen/ammonia certification authorities globally, and developing the plant to cater to these requirements
 Green Certification
  PEG wis partnering with strong supply and technology partners for project components, including the electrolyzer technology solution. PEG is in discussions with major equipment suppliers around the world for securing supply of equipment for the project.
Technology Requirements
  Egyptian Government support, such as a contiguous land parcel on a long-term lease at development-friendly rates, possible grid connection, clearances for permits and licenses, and available tax incentives will be essential to facilitate the successful development of the project
Government Support
  o PEG has retained the services of local Egyptian advisors: Shehata & Partners (Legal Counsel) and Moharram & Partners (Public Affairs and Strategic Communications)
o Synergy Consulting has been appointed as Transaction and Financial Advisor for the project
